Refund Policy:
Clients can claim refund any time for remaining coaching sessions. Clients will have to bear curency exchange fee,  payment transfer fee and payment service fee which is automatically deducted by payment providers.

There will be no refund provided for completed coaching sessions.

Delivery time:
Coaching sessions will be conducted online on Google Meet or Zoom. Sessions will take place at scheduled date and time agreed by the client and the coach.

Acceptable payment methods:
Credit cards, PayPal, domestic bank transfer.

Settlement Period:
Credit card payments are processed immediately, but domestic bank transfers must be made within 3 days of enrolling for the coaching plan.
